On behalf of the organizing committee, it is a great honor and pleasure for us to be able to hold the joint meeting of the 14th Commonwealth Association of Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition conference (CAPGAN) and 2nd Indian Society of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition (ISPGHAN) between October 2nd to 4th 2015 at The Grand in Vasant Kunj, Delhi, India.

The 3rd Kunwar Viren Oswal Course in Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, Liver Transplantation and Nutrition will be held from 17th – 19th August 2015 at Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals, New Delhi.
Topics to be discussed include chronic abdominal pain, abdominal tuberculosis, motility disordes, inflammatory bowel disease, chronic liver disease, and liver transplantation.
There will also be a 2 day Hands on Endoscopy Workshop Basic Workshop and Advanced Endoscopy Workshop on 20th and 21st August 2015.

The 11th International Rotavirus Symposium is scheduled to be held 3-5 September, 2014 in New Delhi, India. The event will bring together scientists, clinicians, public health professionals, immunization leaders, vaccine industry representatives and members of the donor community to provide an update on new data and relevant research that will inform public health agendas related to prevention of rotavirus gastroenteritis. Rotavirus is the most common cause of diarrheal hospitalizations and deaths among children worldwide. Development of rotavirus vaccines has been a global health priority for many years, and introduction of two currently licensed rotavirus vaccines is now becoming a reality in several parts of the world
